Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)

The bodymind has a natural way of digesting and metabolising life. REM sleep allows us, without thinking, to digest the day; filing each thought, idea and interaction. Sometimes this filing system can become blocked when we experience challenging or traumatic events. It is possible to support our biology through bi-lateral stimulation building our resilience and capacity to be with discomfort.
I trained as a Somatic EMDR Practitioner with The Embody Lab in 2024, taught by some of the biggest names in the field. Sessions can be online or in-person and are led by you.
EMDR was transformational in my own journey and now l love supporting others with these tools, working with groups and individuals.
