A warm welcome to you! I hope you will take your time here to settle in and explore this space I’ve created to share a few of my passions with you.
I am a Lomi Lomi practitioner, a Relationship and Sex Educator and am training to be a Somatic Coach. I am also the creator of the Vulva Luv Club - a space to educate, connect and create Vulva Art. A safe(r) space designed with comfort in mind to make for a cozy atmosphere to bring a sense of ease which does wonderful things for our nervous systems! Win, win. Co-regulate whilst challenging the stigma associated with this censored body part.
Everything I do is with some friends in mind over in Uganda who empower young people through music, sports and art to help improve the lives of youths in the local community. Their energy inspires me. Learn more about them here.
Bodywork
We hold stories in our bodies. The experiences we have, the lives that we live, our memories and future dreams can be found, stored in the body.
Bodywork is about making time to listen using different techniques to the hear the guidance, the whispers from inside us.
Pleasure Found in Presence
Something special happens when we perceive every moment as having magic in it. The practice of being fully present, in the here and now, allows us to hush the noise from outside of us and relish in the wonderland found inside of us.
By making time to practice sensing pleasure in the here and now, and nourishing a compassionate, loving relationship with ourselves, it can be possible to feel this magic throughout and within each day. But it is a practice.
